Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Pour the simple syrup, Angostura bitters, apple juice, vodka and lime juice into a shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the glass.
  5. Garnish with two blackcurrants on the rim.
