- Mix gin, absinthe, and bitters with ice in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously to chill.
- Pour through a strainer into an icy Old Fashioned glass.
- Squeeze oils from orange and lemon peel over the drink, then discard or add peels to the glass.
- Optionally, include one big ice cube.
