Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Pour the absinthe into the glass and swirl it to coat the inside. Discard the excess.
  3. Add the dark rum, Vya Sweet Vermouth, dry vermouth, triple sec, grenadine and Peychaud's bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  4. Stir until well chilled.
  5. Strain into the prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
