Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Pour the Dubonnet, dry sherry and dark rum into a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until the shaker is cold to the touch.
  4. Pass the drink through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
