Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the lemon juice, dark rum, white rum, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain the drink back into the shaker, discarding the ice.
  4. Shake again without ice to build a thick foam.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick, set like a sail.
