A built highball of Pimm's No. 1 Cup, dry sherry and sweet vermouth, with Fernet Branca for bitterness and a dash of maraschino liqueur. Orange peel and nutmeg add spice on top. Created by Frederic Yarm at Blue Room in Cambridge, MA, in 2013.
Frederic Yarm and Katie Emmerson created the Diddlin' Dora in 2013 for a Wild West-themed night at the Blue Room, part of its Whiskey & Amari/Spaghetti Western series. It was made as a tall Cobbler-style drink rather than a Collins or highball, and the name honors brothel owner Dora DuFran.
