Instructions

  1. Chill the cocktail glass.
  2. Place the chopped chilli in the shaker and press it gently to release its flavour. Do not muddle hard, or the drink turns too spicy.
  3. Add the raspberries, honey syrup, cranberry juice, lime juice and dark rum, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until cold.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish by setting two chillies on the rim like a pair of horns.
