- Pack ice into a cocktail shaker.
- Pour in vodka, lime juice, and maple syrup.
- Lightly crush a rosemary twig inside the shaker to unlock its scent.
- Vigorously shake until cold.
- Pour over ice in your selected glass.
- Add ginger beer and mix lightly.
- Decorate with a flame-toasted rosemary sprig and savor!
