Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Add white rum, Fernet Branca, lime juice, cinnamon syrup and Angostura Aromatic Bitters to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into the highball glass over fresh ice.
  5. Top with ginger beer.
  6. Garnish with candied ginger, lime peel and a fresh bunch of mint.
