Instructions

  1. Place a peeled tangerine slice, sugar, and absinthe into a Collins glass.
  2. Muddle these together.
  3. Then add all other ingredients except for the club soda and mix briefly.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes,
  5. pour in the soda,
  6. and finish by expressing the tangerine peel over the drink.
