Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass and fill it with ice.
  2. Add rye whiskey, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, allspice dram and orange bitters to a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the highball glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit slice wheel and mint sprigs.
