A shaken, gin-led drink where lemon juice gives tartness and peach schnapps and St-Germain add soft, floral fruit sweetness. Created by Jason Westplate in 2013 and finished with a lemon twist.

Jason Westplate made Débarquement in 2013 as a gin drink built around Crème de Pêche and St. Germain, two ingredients that combine well. Aviation gin was chosen because it supports the delicate flavors instead of covering them, adding hints of Indian sarsaparilla and green cardamom.
