Instructions

  1. Add 30 ml Strawberry Syrup and 7 ml Lime Juice to a shaker and muddle gently.
  2. Add 3 Cocoa Jelly Rocks*, 44 ml Dark Rum, and 15 ml Crème de Cacao and fill with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass over fresh ice.
  4. Finish with 3 dashes orange bitters on top.
