Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the scotch, sweet vermouth, crème de cassis and Angostura bitters. Measure the crème de cassis sparingly.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with two Luxardo Maraschino cherries on a stick.
