Shake Fernet Branca, Allspice Dram, Angostura Bitters, Root Beer with ice. Strain into a coupe.
The Dark Phoenix was inspired by a concept from Chuck (@bitspitter) and Phaedra (@sensestorm). After they gave me the idea, I developed it further for Thursday Drink Night: Sparkling and it later appeared in Mutineer Magazine's Issue 20, November/December 2011.
