Instructions

  1. Add 1 Egg Yolk, 15 ml 1/ Cynar, 37 ml 1 1/ Cognac, 30 ml Black Raspberry Liqueur, and 7 ml 1/ CrèMe De Violette to a cocktail shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to emulsify.
  3. Add ice and shake again for another 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Finish with 4 -5 dashes black cardamom bitters on top.
