Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the simple syrup, lime juice, maraschino liqueur and white rum to a blender.
  3. Add one 6 oz scoop of crushed ice.
  4. Blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.
  5. Pass the drink through a fine strainer into the coupe to hold back the ice slush.
  6. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
