Shake Pineapple Juice, Mastika (Skinos), Lime Juice, Grappa (Nardini 60%) with ice. Strain into a coupe.

I recently returned from a trip to the Greek islands, where I picked up my first bottle of Mastika along with some Metaxa 5. The Curfew cocktail is refreshingly tropical and quite tart. Mixing Mastika with pineapple creates an excellent flavor combination. Increasing the Mastika by about one-quarter might enhance it even more.
