Instructions

  1. Pour the white rum, orange juice and pineapple juice into a shaker and add plenty of ice.
  2. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Trickle the grenadine slowly down a bar spoon held just above the drink, so it sinks and forms a red layer at the bottom.
  5. Garnish with the orange peel.
