Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled and fully blended.
  4. Strain into a coupe.
  5. Pour the grenadine slowly over the back of a spoon so it sinks and forms a separate layer at the bottom.
