Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass, and add a large chunk of block ice if you have one.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add simple syrup, turmeric bitters, bourbon, Irish whiskey, Bénédictine and apple brandy.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass, over the block ice if using.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
