Instructions

  1. Mix 50 mL cachaça carvalho (aged in carvalho barrels) infused with dates,
  2. Add 13 mL artichoke bitter,
  3. Add 13 mL sweet vermouth,
  4. Add 2 dashes aromatic bitters (I used Zulu Bitters from Brasil, special issue Imburana),
  5. Serve with ice.
