Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Mash the strawberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the lemon juice, gin and simple syrup, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass, without ice.
  6. Top with club soda and garnish with a strawberry.
