The Count ITP was made in 2019 to mark what could have been the Negroni's 100th birthday, and it takes its inspiration from the Cardinal. It debuted in June 2019 at the "ITP for Negroni" concert in Lucca, where the punk band ITP played. The drink is bitter because the band members' tastes differed and the aim was to please them all.
