The Count ITP was created to mark what might have been the 100th birthday of the Negroni, drawing inspiration from the Cardinal. It debuted at a "ITP for Negroni" concert in Lucca in June 2019, featuring punk band ITP. When crafting cocktails for the band members, the drummer always praises them, the bassist finds fault and suggests odd variations, while the guitarist thinks they're too sweet. So, to satisfy everyone, a bitter cocktail was born, with the bassist's ideas being ignored.
