Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Pour the Shiraz, cognac, orgeat, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker and add ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into the chilled glass.
  5. Flame an orange zest twist over the drink and use it as garnish.
