Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Pour the absinthe into the glass, swirl it to coat the inside, then tip out the excess.
  3. Stir the lemon juice, simple syrup, triple sec, tequila blanco and Lillet Blanc with ice until cold.
  4. Strain into the absinthe-coated glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest.
