Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the americano bianco, Strega, Angostura bitters, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well until cold and the egg white has frothed.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist, left unexpressed, and a spray of absinthe.
