Copper Pagoda
🥃0
Shake Gin, Cardamaro, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice with ice. Strain into a coupe.
I came up with the Copper Pagoda after experimenting with the Interpol cocktail. Noticing how Cardamaro, gin, and lemon evoked tropical flavors like pineapple and grapefruit, reminiscent of the Pegu Club, I decided to incorporate some elements from that classic drink, such as orange liqueur and bitters. The Pegu Club originated in Myanmar, a country famous for its pagodas, so I chose to name my creation after a color rather than a specific temple.
