Continuum

A stirred, gin-forward drink in a coupe, with sweet vermouth, green Chartreuse, Cynar and a little triple sec, finished with an orange peel twist. Herbal and bittersweet; Frederic Yarm created it at Our Fathers in Allston, Boston, in 2018.
Frederic Yarm created the Continuum in 2018 while working at the gin bar Our Fathers in Allston, Boston, building on the Green Chartreuse and Cynar pairing from an earlier Yarm drink, The Drink of Laughter and Forgetting. Curaçao joins them, and gin with sweet vermouth echoes the layout of the Bijou. The name comes from the Continuum, the newly built residential complex with shops and restaurants near Harvard Business School where the bar is located.
