Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add Irish whiskey, gin, Italicus, maraschino liqueur and Fernet Branca.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass packed with fresh ice.
  4. Add chinotto to fill the glass.
  5. Stir once, slowly, to blend.
  6. Wrap an orange zest around a maraschino cherry and add it as garnish.
