Garnish: Taking a Basil leaf lay it on the pith of the orange peel and pinch the peel from the skin side in half, sandwhich-ing the leaf between the peel. Using a pick, skewer the peel so that the leaf stays in place and drop it gently on the foam of the cocktail.

- Combine all ingredients into the larger tin of a shaken tin set (18oz and 28 oz).
- Add one 1x1" KoldDraft Cube and seal shaker tins.
- Shake vigorously until cube fully dissolves and for a few seconds thereafter.
- In an old fashioned glass filled with rock, strain cocktail into glass with a Hawthorn strainer.
- Using a citrus peeler, peel an orange and express the peel over the drink.
