Instructions

  1. Twist the lemon peels over a shaker so the oils spray into it, then drop the peels in.
  2. Add lemon juice, Scotch and simple syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist and seasonal berries.
