Instructions

Chop melon and mint leaves. Place them in a highball glass or use a blender instead. Muddle the mixture using a cocktail muddler directly in the glass. Alternatively, blend it first then pour back into the glass over the fruit pieces. Pour orange liqueur and lime juice into the glass. Stir to combine. Fill with ice cubes and top off with soda water. Garnish by adding a lime slice.
