Instructions

  1. Add the Kahlúa, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker with ice and shake hard.
  2. Strain the drink back into the empty shaker, leaving the ice behind.
  3. Shake again without ice to build the foam.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
