Instructions

Make concentrated coffee. Chop chocolate into small pieces and combine it with sugar in a saucepan. Heat gently while stirring or using an immersion blender until the chocolate melts completely, maintaining warmth for serving. Beat heavy cream to soft peaks consistency. Pour the coffee evenly into two Irish coffee glasses. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each drink. Sprinkle a bit of ground coffee over the cream and serve.
