- Put a cocktail glass in the freezer until it is frosty.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Pour in the coconut vodka, coconut cream, pineapple juice and cream.
- Shake hard until the shaker is very cold.
- Strain into the frozen glass.
- Finish by sprinkling shredded coconut over the surface.
