Instructions

Cool the sparkling water beforehand. Place the serving vessels in the fridge to chill for approximately half an hour. Pack ice cubes into a mixing container. Pour in rosé wine, orange-flavoured liqueur, and floral-infused water. Agitate vigorously then pour through a strainer into petite champagne glasses or cocktail cups. Sprinkle each drink with a splash of icy cold sparkling water at the end. Consider decorating with dehydrated rose petals if you wish.
