Aquavit and Aperol are shaken with coffee, a little simple syrup and orange bitters, then finished with an orange peel. Bitter orange and coffee lead, with a herbal edge from the aquavit. Created by Taylor Hall at Tandem Bar in Newtown, Australia, around 2019.
