Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the passion fruit puree, cinnamon syrup, vodka and mole bitters to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with flamed cinnamon dust and serve a shot of champagne on the side.
