Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Pour the dark rum, Schladerer Williams-Birne, simple syrup, pear juice and lime juice into a shaker and add ice.
  3. Shake until the shaker is cold.

  5. Garnish with a pear slice.
