Instructions

  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. POUR in absinthe.
  3. Top up with water and leave the mixture to stand in the glass.
  4. Separately STIR bourbon, cacao, sugar and bitters with ice.
  5. Finally discard contents of glass (absinthe, water and ice).
  6. Strain contents of shaker into empty absinthe-coated glass.
