Instructions

  1. Wet the rim of a shot glass with sockerlag-style simple syrup, then press it into sugar to coat it.
  2. Pour the Frangelico and vanilla vodka into a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until cold.
  4. Strain into the sugar-rimmed shot glass.
  5. Cut a slice of fresh lemon and sugar one side of it.
  6. Drink the shot, then bite into the sugared lemon.
