Instructions

  1. Add the cinnamon stick, orange peel, Dubonnet, Cognac and chocolate bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
  2. Place a large chunk of block ice in a big snifter.
  3. Strain the drink over the ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange zest twist and a piece of orange chocolate.
