Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the crème de menthe, cream, chocolate bitters, egg white, cognac and crème de cacao to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well until the shaker is frosted.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Dust the top with chocolate powder and float a mint leaf on the foam.
