Instructions

  1. Add the vodka, Cherry Heering, lemon juice and cherry bitters to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until very cold.
  3. Double strain into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a sail: fold a lemon slice around a maraschino cherry and thread it onto a cocktail stick.
