Instructions

  1. Chill the martini glass.
  2. Add the Cherry Brandy, Egg White, Sugar and Light Cream to a shaker without ice and shake hard to emulsify.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Finish with freshly grated Nutmeg on top.
