Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add Cherry Heering, cream and crème de cacao to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake hard. The meltwater from the ice loosens the cream, so don't cut the shake short.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Finish with fine grated chocolate, and a cherry if you want the full Black Forest effect.
