Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Crush about half a dozen fresh cherries in a shaker with two turns of black pepper.
  3. Add ice, bourbon, Cherry Heering and orange bitters.
  4. Shake hard, then strain into the glass.
  5. Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
