Fill a highball with ice
In a shaker muddle 5 or 6 fresh cherries and add 2 twists of black pepper.
Fill with ice then add
A dash of orange bitters
20ml of Maker's Mark Bourbon
15 ml Cherry Heering Liqueur
15ml Carpano Antica Formula
Shake, strain and add to glass
Top with Fever Tree Ginger Ale
Stir and serve with sprig of mint & biodegradable straw
