Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and DRY SHAKE (without ice) until mixture is foamy.
  2. Add ice and SHAKE again to chill the drink.
  3. STRAIN into a chilled coupe and garnish with a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
  4. Use a toothpick to draw a design with the bitters in the foam.
