Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker without ice and shake hard until the aquafaba builds a thick foam.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until the drink is cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Place a few dashes of Angostura bitters on the foam and drag a toothpick through them to draw a pattern.
