Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Muddle the green grapes in the bottom of a mixing glass.
  3. Add the cognac, Pineau Des Charentes Rouge and chocolate bitters, then fill the glass with ice.
  4. Stir until well chilled.
  5. Fine strain into the coupe. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and discard it, then garnish with a white grape.
